As a child, I had a dream. I wanted to live a million years to learn about all the wonders in the universe waiting to be understood. The older I got, the more stupid and pointless it seemed. I want to share the changes I have undergone after meeting with Plamen Topuzov.
Exactly a year ago, I first heard of the camps. An experience my heart longed for, and the Capricorn in me said, “what are we going to do in this place full of strangers, new experiences, meditations, stuff. Let’s stay here and do our work; we need that.” I don’t know how the heart prevailed, but it was one small step for the man, one giant leap for the soul.
Until then, I was filled with feelings and emotions that fought in me and provoked reactions and actions that I did not understand and very often regretted. I thought about the past; I regretted my mistakes, had nightmares and fears repeatedly, longed for the future, and missed the present.
There at the camp in Vratsa, it all started. I met many wonderful people who taught me many things and showed me their different points of view. The information that Plamen gave us during the talks and the points of view that he skillfully suggested changed my worldview and my ideas about the world.
I’ve learned (and continue) to live more here and now so that I don’t miss the good moments with my loved ones but can experience them to the maximum. I have learned (and continue) to accept myself and others. I began to listen to the feelings and emotions in my body and understand them. And many more things in just one year. A year ago, there was no way to express me in writing like this.
But the best part is that I haven’t learned anything yet ❤
